Change the passwords and increase security

Is it possible to change the password?
SSH FTP RTSP Telnet ... you name it...all of them?

And when you say do not expose them to the internet, what do you mean?
They cannot have DHCP wth default gateway? I have to block all the traffic from them?
Even after using this hack, they are still not secure?
I can see I lost the cloud access, isn't that enough?
