Prometheus APB can't be installed - okd 3.10

• OpenShift Web Console: v3.10.0-rc.0+1c6c470-2
• ASB / OAB : docker.io/ansibleplaybookbundle/origin-ansible-service-broker:release-1.2

Problem

When I create a serviceInstance of the Prometheus APB, then the installation fails and reports this error

The service failed. Error provisioning ServiceInstance of ClusterServiceClass
