Proposal of potential modules to be promoted from community.aws

Summary

Some of the modules suggested in this issue #2280 have been migrated and it is those remaining that will be migrated in a future major release:

• sts_session_token (pairs nicely with sts_assume_role)
• secretsmanager_secret (pairs nicely with the lookup module)
• ssm_parameter
• aws_ssm

I'd like to suggest also pulling in ec2_launch_template since it's needed for ASGs to be usable (We could also pull autoscaling_launch_config over, however Amazon's deprecating them)
