Declaring NDdeClient client = new NDdeClient(_myapp,_topic) Throws exception

I get this exception "Could not load file or assembly 'Assist_extensions' A strongly-named assembly is required. I dont have any reference to the 'Assist_extensions' file. Does any one know how to solve this?
