[BUG] Footer "Contact Us" Link Not Redirecting

Description

The "Contact Us" link in the footer is not redirecting users to the contact section of the front page. Clicking the link does not take users to the intended area for contact information and inquiries. This needs to be fixed to enhance user accessibility.
