[BUG] Footer Link for Booking Conditions Not Redirecting

Description

The footer link for "Booking Conditions" on the website is currently non-functional, as it does not redirect users anywhere. This link is intended to lead users to a dedicated page where they can view the important terms and conditions related to ticket bookings. Since there is no existing page for "Booking Conditions," I will create one to ensure that users have access to this essential information. This will enhance the overall user experience and provide clarity regarding booking policies.
