[BUG] Layout Issues in Contact Us Textarea and Navbar Hover Animation

Description

The following layout issues have been identified:

1. Textarea Issue: In the Contact Us section, the textarea component lacks a fixed size, causing layout misalignment and overflow issues. This problem is particularly noticeable when resizing the page or interacting with the textarea.

2. Navbar Issue: When hovering over Ticket Market Place item in the navbar, the animated bottom line indicator extends beyond the width of the content itself, leading to a design inconsistency.
