Enhance alignment of login & signup page and add link to toggle between them

Description

The alignment of the login and signup page is not good. Also there is no link to go to signup page from login page and vice-versa. If we add the link, it increases the user efficiency as users will be able to easily toggle between signup page and login page.

@anki2003ta Plz assign this issue to me under gssoc-ext level 2 and hacktoberfest.

Objective

-Enhace alignment of login and signup page
-Add links to toggle in between the both pages.
