File opens and immediately closes

I cannot find the error log and have no idea what I have done wrong, HELP!

Do you mean it crashes? I have the same problem and looks like this doesn't work with some audio outputs. In my case I was connected to different audio setup.

I believe I have sorted it now, I tried to mess with the file to get a start on my homescreen and I inadvertently disallowed the launcher to access the .dll files
