got null result sometime in burst mining

when miner submit deadline, pool got deadline and send back to miner.
miner's machine got correct result
but miner self got not result

While the first line is mostly understandable and describe normal mine-submit-confirm workflow,
I have not the slightest idea of what you are trying to tell in the latter two lines.

How miner's machine can get the correct result and at the same time the miner would not? Is miner's machine different from the miner? What is "the result", is that the DL value? Or do you mean that a confirmation from the pool wasn't noticed by the miner?

Do you have any logs related to that situation, and the problem visible in the events recorded in those logs?
