question about coil sensitivity map #85
Comments
Hi, sensitivity maps can be passed as an option in order to speed up the computations during iterative reconstructions like SENSE, i.e. gpuNUFFT would apply and join the coil results on the GPU. Best regards, |
Hi Andy, Meanwhile, if you are OK feel free to send me email. My email is: [email protected] Thank you |
Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your email and sorry for my late reply.
I don't know why your email went to my spam and just by chance I found your
reply.
It makes complete sense to me with your explanations. I agree with that.
Right now I am working on basic reconstruction (gridding method) by
comparing two methods: "NUFFT" and "conjugate gradient" and I don't know
why the result of these two methods is not the same.
In better words, for the NUFFT I completely get acceptable results but for
the other one I have nothing!!!
If you have time would you please let me know to send you my code to see
which part I am missing?
Thank you
Meysam

Hello,
I have a question about the gpuNUFFT code. I was confuse about the role of coil sensitivity map?
In better words, the code is working with or without coil sensitivity map. what is is the role of that in the gpuNUFFT?
Thank you
Meysam
