Support cassandra storage backend

This one is a little less easy to plan out in a BOSH native way since there isn't a de-facto release for Cassandra like Logsearch for Elasticsearch. We can at least implement the "operator supplies URLs etc." flow and maybe use links from https://github.com/orange-cloudfoundry/cassandra-boshrelease
