Hi, thanks for your work on this. Love the small image.

The tag names in docker hub don't seem to relate to a particular ruby version. It would be helpful to be able to specify which version of Ruby to use eg. andrius/alpine-ruby:2.5 like you can with other images.

@bethesque Thank you for feedback and regarding tags: it is possible to tag ruby version only in old alpine linuxes, as in latest and edge image they change quite often. I were considering to tag correct version but that fact stopped me (and I have same situation with andrius/asterisk image)
