Release 0.2.0
This is a beta release that incorporates updates necessary
to make the library compatible with the latest versions of
nodejs and bitcore. The library has been tested and found
to work on node 0.10x, 0.11x, 0.12x, and 4.1x.

@btcdude for contributions to this release.
NOTE: This beta release that contains a working ColorEngine
implementation (and accompanying test suite), but does not yet
include the TransactionBuilder functionality needed to build and
submit transactions to the Bitcoin network.
