Subject: [PATCH] feat: e.preventDefault on handleDown + set active css class

- fix text selection in firefox & IE
- fix scrolling on touch devices
- firefox is ignoring the `:active` pseudo selector because of
`e.preventDefault`. To fix this we add a `.rangeslider—active` css class
