BUG: GSSoC registration date not updated

What happened?

Description

Upon fixing the previous issue #331, the GSSoC team have extended the Registration date till the 25th of October as could be seen in this LinkedIn Post as well as on their Twitter/X post. I will follow up on this issue with a PR changing the date which I have previously added with the new date. Please assign me and add the hacktoberfest-accepted and gssoc-ext labels.
