Android Support

What would you like to be added:

Support for android Projects.

Why is this needed:

To have SBOMs for Apps, which is quite interesting as a lot of apps already deliver some kind of file mentioning all licenses and dependencies

Additional context:
I tried to scan a public project but the gradle scanner only found the gradle-wrapper

sorry that I don't have much more context on this. Questions are highly appreciated if there are more.

I talked about gradle in this MR. I think it would work for android too then.

Is this a duplicate of #690 -- e.g. if we solve build.gradle support, does it also solve android project support?
