MSDK User Guide: Update "Maxim" references

Updating MSDK user guide: Replace all references to "Maxim" with MAX. This will not apply to code samples or screenshots. Any "Maxim" references in code samples or screenshots will be tracked in a spreadsheet so they can be addressed later.

(This is the first step in a larger set of MSDK revisions including: splitting the doc into chapters, moving it into a separate directory, and applying the Harmonic theme. It's easiest to do a search-and-replace when the content is all in one doc.)
