Public Xero Application

I'm trying to use the example code for creating a new invoice for our Public Xero app. But I'm getting this error:

Token has not been provided

What's the correct way to make the OAuth handshake with Xero for public apps?

As I only use private applications I cannot help directly. I'll leave the issue open however, as others may be able to assist. Ultimately, as this package is a wrapper for calcinai/xero-php it should be possible to use their documentation to figure out what you're trying to do.
