Store only the last backup
FTP upload

Files backup:
upload_open true <= current_time <= upload_open false

DB backup:

registration_open true <= current_time <= registration_open false
upload_open true <= current_time <= upload_open false
task scoring_open true <= current_time <= task scoring_open false
