Bug - meta block - back button arrow not showing on hover

1. Go to a blog post
2. Look for the back link
3. hover over the link

Expected behaviour
I expect to see the < arrow

Actual behaviour
I cant see the < arrow

I tried to hunt this down, my hunch says the mixin needs to be different for the hover state

I gave up...
