Confusing selected states when using multiple selection methods #770

It's possible to have more than one 'selected' item in the dropdown.

To replicate:

Using the top example at https://alphagov.github.io/accessible-autocomplete/examples/.

  • Enter 'U' into the select box
  • Hover the mouse over an item
  • Use the arrow down to select a different item
  • Note that two items now have a selected state
  • On Enter, the last selected item is chosen.
