Ok... once again going full circle.

This time we're switching to an async language api: ac-local in and of itself is no more. No more than a plugin manager at least.

API surface is in some ways reduced: we're hiding models and factories; and in others increased: we're adding async to instances and tagging comms.

The language wrappers become a bit unclear at this point, but we'll figure it out on the go.
