Clean the JFME repo #57

Some content in JFME repo are not used anymore, it would be good to remove :

  • galae content
  • unused pages, widgets and blocks in content/
  • all content in dist/
  • print() in python files
  • port and address in settings.py (can be given in runserver command)
  • addition of re.DOTALL in base.tag_re in settings.py (no more multiline use in django templates)
  • wipstuff/ directory
  • common-content/ blocks and widgets

The doc has to be reread and updated too
