Order book endpoint (/v1/orderbook/WSTX_SUSDT) returns a blank page

I'm attempting to fetch order book data from the endpoint https://api.alexgo.io//v1/orderbook/WSTX_SUSDT. However, the response is a blank page with no data and no error messages.

Here's what I've tried:

Other endpoints: I've successfully used other endpoints within the API (/v1/pairs etc), which indicates the issue might be specific to the order book endpoint.
