Can we create lambda versioning & alias from ask cli commands while deploying skill?

Can we have option to create lambda versioning and alias from ask cli commands while building skills?

Expected Behavior

We should have ask cli commands or deployment commands would create versioning & alias while deploying Alexa skills.

Current Behavior

Right now there is no option for developers to keep two different endpoint environment for Prod and development. Only way is to create lambda versioning and alias in AWS lambda console.
