add z_value field to Simbad queries #139

By default the redshift is not returned by the Simbad API, one needs to ask for the z_value field.

In python this is done with:

from astroquery.simbad import Simbad
customSimbad = Simbad()
customSimbad.add_votable_fields('z_value')

then customSimbad.query_region(...)

fforster added the enhancement label
