Question about the copy function of the right-click menu

Problem description

Hi, I tried to copy the file to another folder, I used the right click menu to Set selected items for copying

Then change to the target folder, but the bottom of the COPY ALL HERE has been displayed Prepared dir items are already located in this directory, I use ctrl + v can be normal copy files to the target folder, I would like to ask the following is my operation is not right or understand the role of the key wrong

Original folder of the file: D://test1
Destination: D://test2
