I can setup and build this configuration. However, I don't have a device for testing with this arch.
 
Maybe PR is welcome to accommodate this issue.

I tried to Build for x86 Devices but got error.

you can try VM for x86 Devices try downloading VMWare

i think because this golang project no support again with win7 after 1.21 version..and this project use uptodate ver 1.32
but maybe u can use golang mod support win7,i use this to build v.4.21.1 this project for windows 7 machine
