Has any one used this with 1000hz-bootstrap-validator? #103

Hi, has anybody used this with 1000hz-bootstrap-validator ?? it shows the badge, but I'm unable the submit button doesn't work

just to make sure I'm using @captcha('en') inside the form
and @captchaScripts('en') on the bottom

Appreciate any help

I just tried without the validation package and is still not working
