debootstrapping an Ubuntu sandbox

I've had Gepetto on my radar for a long time, and I've just now gotten to the point where I can't keep developing my puppet manifests on my production server, so here I am!

I am targeting Ubuntu primarily, the main reason being access to a wide range of bleeding-edge packages through the Launchpad build service. I'm just about to attempt using Gepetto to Debootstrap Ubuntu Lucid, and I'm creating this issue to track the process.

Also thanks for the great work! It will make my sysadmin tasks much easier.
