[DOC] Style matters

I’ve noticed that there is a little inconsistency about whether the project name is spelt with or without capitals (i.e. Scivision vs scivision) in the documentation. I also noticed that while the Turing annual report [PDF for 2021-’22 report] uses catalogue, the Scivision documentation uses the en_US spelling (catalog) while the issues filed by the team use a mix of both.

Should we use a standard spelling style across all the documentation (including in the GitHub readme)?

I’d be happy to tackle this at some point. 😄
