About LDAP_USER_FILTER

Hello, I need sync all users and groups to guacamole db from custom OU AD.
After set config I get error - uid not found, but uid is empty in AD and I set it as (uid=*) in LDAP_USER_FILTER.
Could you write example of LDAP_USER_FILTER or all LDAP options for resolve the problem?
