vimeo-dl downloads sometimes fast and sometimes very slow despite fast internet connection

First of all I would like to say this tool is really awesome and really appreciate your time and effort for developing it and giving it out to the community! I was just wondering... Sometimes this tool can download vimeo videos pretty fast but sometimes it is very slow like for example I have a video https://player.vimeo.com/video/730906470 and when I download it using https://www.savethevideo.com/ it works pretty quick to download but when I use vimeo-dl it is pretty slow. At first I thought it might have been an internet issue but apparently it is not my internet because it works on other online vimeo downloader websites. What exactly is the issue then?
