Keyboard shortcut Alt gr + B on Windows with Croatian keyb layout cause backup restore instead of left curly bracket. Hard to type php without this.

You can change keymap in file Default (Windows).sublime-keymap

Are you sure? I can't locate that key combination, I'm using sublime 3.
