switch place of "skip" and "done" buttons in French and English

Please switch the place of skip and done buttons because it is more logical to push "done" when one is at the end of the HEBREW RTL line then to go back to the right. Just as in Hebrew.

I am still very much in favor of switching the places for the "skip" and "done" buttons in English and French so that the "done" button comes at the end of the line. Reasons are

1. The correction work is in Hebrew and the eye and often the mouse are on the left side of the panel.
   (Less important 2. Most errors are at end of line in Geneva due to binarization)
2. makes switching between Hebrew and English interface actually easier for the user.

Please do not wait with this because once the website is running, we should not change such things anymore.
