Orbit hover issue: reverts to selected orbit when no hover

If I select an orbit, then hover over another satellite and then hover over no object, then the selected orbit goes yellow as if I hovering over that satellite or orbit.

Expectation is to have the selected orbit to not appear in hover state, unless the mouse cursor is over the orbit or associated satellite.
