[BUG] Light Font weight causes low accessibility

Bug Description

Low font weight in landing page causes low accessibility which is affecting the user experience.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the landing page https://uttarakhand-culture.vercel.app/
2. You will see the font weight in whole page, especially in the description part, is low.
