[FEATURE] Adding Rate limiting to the OTP verify

Problem or Missing Functionality

i saw that for otp verification there is no set of any limit for entering otp multiple time some one can add script to allow bypass the otp verification with looping the all the 6 digit numbers

Feature Description

i suggest to adding a rate limit so that some of specify routs are rate limit so not easy to exploit the some sensitive routes
