Have a way to update build scripts in projects built from this template. #4

The template repository hosts all the build tools. As we add more features to the build tools, all repositories created from this template need to be updated with the new build scripts.

Have a mechanism to perform updates.

This could be a way to merge files individually:https://git-scm.com/docs/git-merge-file
After that, manual intervention is required to merge files that have conflicts.
