Describe the bug
Before project expired - bidded freelancer selecting as a winner, project flow is not completed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/projects/view/31/networking-projects

Overall Getlancer.
Log in as an employer (henna/agriya).
Freelancer bid the project. Then the project has been expired and employer reopens the project.
Before the project expired - bidded freelancer selecting as a winner, project flow is not completed. Freelancer awarded continuously loading.
