Describe the bug
Create a project in admin end, unable to choose the employer name

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/projects/add

Overall Getlancer.
Log in as an admin.
Project - to click create a new project.
Employer field, enter the employer name "still searching" only. We are unable to choose the employer name.

Expected behavior
Employer field, enter the employer name, the related name should be displayed in the search result.
