Describe the bug
Employer after edit and approved the milestone request, the freelancer did not receive milestone approved mail

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/projects/view/18/web-page-designing?action=milestones

Overall Getlancer.
Log in as an employer (henna/agriya).
Open the project. Freelancer already sent the milestone request.
Employer after edit and approved the milestone request, the freelancer did not receive milestone approved mail

Expected behavior
Employer after edit and approved the milestone request, the freelancer should receive milestone approved mail
