Describe the bug
The user name and project name need link in notification messages.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/users/dashboard?type=news_feed&status=news_feed

Overall Getlancer.
Login as henna/agriya.
Go to notification messages.
Need link in the user and the project name.

Expected behavior
The user name and project name need link in notification messages like the dashboard messages.
