assets/rawfiles/models .blend files is error when load into blender

this happened when load any .blend file
it say:
DNA block missing or file is incomplete. (this happen when .blend file not saved well)
maybe need upload to git all .blend file again. (please check it again files is not wrong)

tested in : blender 2.78 and 2.77
