Adapting CoSTA to Visium Spatial Transcriptomics Data

Setting up the env

  • You can use either the .yml file or the setting_up_environment file to set up the conda env for the project, we can keep adding the dependencies to it.

Folders

  • CoSTA/ folder contains the github code from the paper
  • datasets/ folder contains the visium prostate cancer datasets
  • notebooks/ folder contains the notebooks and scripts for different analyses
  • results/ folder contains the results and figures
