In table Table 5: Properties of the SMC MappingDirectory idShort [SMC]
{LocalId within DEXPI} with semantic id https://admin-shell.io/idta/DEXPI/1/0/Metadata/TagMapping
Table 6: Properties of the SMC LocalID within DEXPI semanticId: [IRI] https://admin-shell.io/idta/DEXPI/1/0/TagMapping

Notice the difference in /Metadata/ in the IRI path.
The SubTagMapping ids are identical in the two tables https://admin-shell.io/idta/DEXPI/1/0/Metadata/SubTagMapping
