In the DigitalNameplate submodel specification, table 13, the description of the AssetSpecificProperties list two possible property types: one or many GuidelineSpecificProperties and one or many arbitrary properties. From the Submodel Specification and the submodel template I would read this specification, that an AssetSpecificProperties entity must consist of at least one GuidelineSpecificProperty and at least one arbitrary property. Is this the intended meaning of this entry, or is it rather: If an AssetSpecificProperties entry exist, it must not be empty and contain either at least one arbitrary property or at least one GuidelineSpecificProperty (or both)?
