For the submodel template time-series data https://github.com/admin-shell-io/submodel-templates/tree/main/published/Time%20Series%20Data/1/1, we have some questions concerning understanding and usage, especially regarding in the context of ontology modeling. We tried to map the submodel to an OWL ontology, but faced problems in mapping some of the elements of the submodel to ontology elements. We would be happy about a direct discussion to provide more information.
A specific questions is that e.g. the mapping of the attributes inside the submodel to ontology data properties causes the creation of individual data property, thus results in a big amount of data properties even if they contain the same content. Is there any more elegant solution.
Is there any practical implementation and usage of this submodel publically available where it was used? Is there an example of concrete time-series data in combination with this sub model?

We are working on a generic mapping of AAS structures to RDF. The ontology would then be the RDF-based AAS schema itself. Such a serialisation already exists but it is far from being compatible with linked data concepts.
@kenwenzel : Thank you very much for this information. We will take a look at the mentioned links.
Is there any timeline for this generic mapping or the possibility to get some interim (beta) version of the time-series submodel "time-series data" or "Digital Nameplate" in RDF? Do you use a specific mapping tool or will the modeling be natively in RDF?
@miriamschleipenEKS It would be helpful if you could provide an example of your envisioned solution.
What elements/objects should be captured by the ontology and how do you plan to connect the semantic elements to the related time-series data?
