I have been using QLever with Wikidata for some months and it always added the prefix declarations automatically when I pasted some SPARQL text into it.
I think it stopped doing that yesterday or the day before that.
I just also noticed that when writing a query manually, the suggestions are the full URIs/links instead of the short versions.
